For this workshop, we will be looking at the importance of the Customer Experience Journey. Building out this journey intentionally is comprised of different steps: Defining your customer journey, identifying the customer's expectations, recognizing your company's ideals, creating talk-worthy moments and putting it all into practice.

This particular presentation will be held in a workshop style where we will focus on identifying the customer's expectations and recognizing (and leveraging) your company's ideals. By defining your ideals, you'll be able to stand out from your competition. Everyone that attends this workshop will leave with the tools to identify expectations and ideals within their own company.
